Rather colourful

Down to Edinburgh today with Jacob, and to see my daughter.
A pretty uneventful journey I’m glad to say.
In the evening, we ( not Jacob) went to see The Giant Lanterns of China - Myths and Legends - at Edinburgh Zoo.
It was pretty impressive.
They were
Designed
Made of wire
Strung with lights
Covered in fabric
And painted
They were all life sized or larger
I’ve included two in the extras
The main one is of “two giants of Scottish and Chinese legend entwined in friendship”.
