The buds are probably 5mm stem to tip. 

it's teeny. 

I'm interested in how the flowers will appear... if they will all appear at the same time, if they will all be the same colour, what colour they will be; and most importantly.   how long will they last? 

The world is full of dilemmas like this.     

My looking after routine is this -  every Sunday after my shower, while I am brushing my teeth, and cup some water in my hand and throw it at it.    It seemed to do better the three weeks we were on holiday - all the buds appeared then.  Maybe I will reduce the water throwing til every forth week
