Unwanted

This adorable little girl is being fostered by my neighbour until a proper forever home can be found for her.

She is a ten weeks old French bulldog puppy bought by a couple from a breeder for £2000. They had her for three days and decided they could not cope with looking after "a baby" and all the demands that involves.

The owners tried to sell her through an online market place but to no avail, and thankfully approached the animal rescue centre where my neighbours both work. They will care for the little puppy until the right home is found for her after extensive checks on the prospective owners and their home, to ensure that the little dog is going to the right place.

Meanwhile my neighbour is caring for her 100% and has named her Beryl. She is in very good hands and will get lots of love and attention.

If only people would realise that a dog is not just for Christmas, it is for life.
