Market Day

Took Mum to the doctor for a blood test this morning and while I was waiting, I strolled among the awnings of a tiny street market.

Last night was the Sixth Form Review and very good it was too. A little risqué in places but great fun. It's amazing how much talent there is in such a small school and everyone loves it so much. That bit's not surprising!

Sorry to report it's a bit cloudy this afternoon but not to worry. I'm off on a date later, with the new friend I met two Sundays ago, so that will be lovely.

I like having a day off mid-week. Friday tomorrow and then the weekend. Paradise does seem so far away now.
