Looking Out

Its been a lovely day with a fine sunrise and sunset.  I quickly took this photo before I set off to work this morning.
I have had a very outdoorsy day with cycling to work, a woodland play session with the children, outdoor lunchtime play, a cycle back home and then out with my local Jog Scotland group!  Think I will sleep well.  I hope its a good day again tomorrow.
