Mah Jong Weather

Why is it always a lovely sunny day with blue skies when we have to spend the afternoon indoors playing Mah Jong with our U3A Group?  We seriously contemplated playing hooky from the class today, but decided we had better show up as it was the first session of the New Year:-)

I took a quick shot from the bedroom window just before we left to go to Perth and you can see how tempting it was to be outdoors!  However, we both enjoyed the games and the company, so we couldn't regret the choice.

You can guarantee that tomorrow will be a much worse day, but I'm meeting a friend for coffee in the afternoon, so it won't matter:-)
