Touch of spring

These were tight buds when given to me by one of the lunch ladies but the central heating soon opened them up.
Charity shop this morning, chiropodist and then I had to force myself to go out in the cold to the gym.
But as usual I was pleased I had made the effort.
Came home and made a large chocolate treacle cake for our Green Gym BBQ tomorrow.
Unfortunate that I am now the only person around to clean the bowl out!
Yummy!  Probably undid all the good of the gym.
