Ichneumonid Wasp

I blipped one of these last month, but this time I captured the amazing ovipositor. The wasp is barely 10mm long, not counting the ovipositor. I wonder what she will lay her eggs in that needs such a long weapon. The flowers are carrots gone to seed.
