Out Of Sync For Germany

Unusual to see such a premature Festive greeting in Germany. Spotted in a side street  in what looks to be a menu display case. In the creamy colour one can read 'Welcome home '. I went out to film but as the rain decided not to leave , I did . It's 8°c , so very pleasant and the streets are quiet
