Oxenhope Station

SUNDAY

We headed over the moors to Oxenhope in the hope of a walk down the Worth Valley only to be met by heavy, driving rain and strong winds.

After retiring to the station buffet for half an hour's deliberation, the skies cleared and we set off down the very muddy and slippery Railway Children Trail.

On arrival in Howarth we caught the 16:05 steam service (as blipped by Photo Pete earlier this morning) back to Oxenhope.
