We’ve got these bikes for hire in Edinburgh now, which is likely to cause carnage in August.

I’m not sure what the process is for hiring them, because most of the time you see them abandoned on pavements, suggesting that you don’t get charged if you don’t bring them back to a docking station. Or that people are idiots.

Actually, that would fit with several other recent data points, so that will be my new theory.
