Mono Monday - Celebration

With screw top bottles of wine these days, there are very few corks to be had. Unless of course you buy your wine in Europe - and the corks in the demi-jon come mainly from France and Germany. We are very partial to a decent wine and each time we pop a cork we are celebrating the wine making process from the grapes on the vine to the liquid in the glass.
