Shark Attack

It's an overcast humid with occasional showers day in downtown Umhlanga, near Durban (South Africa). Mrs BB brother who's lived in SA for about forty years suggested a couple of hours at The Gateway shopping maul followed by a visit to The Shark Board.  The large mall is nothing we haven't got back home but I did get my mobile phoned repaired after it stopped charging and I couldn't get it working.... £30 down for a new charging port!

The afternoon visit to The Shark Board was interesting, They are responsible for maintaining the nets off beaches preventing attacks by sharks but do snag some which, if dead, are examined for educational and information purposes once a day. After the presentation we attened this Hammer Head Sharks post mortem where a couple of children assisted. The smell obviously caused them problems!

We are eating out tonight - walking to a local greek restaurant. Be good to see home it compares with our favourite holiday destination!
