Bron bob bore rydw i'n cael wy am frecwast. Roeddwn i'n arfer bwyta grawnfwyd - llawer of grawnfwyd - ond ers i mi drio colli pwys rydw i wedi ffeindio wy yn fwy boddhaol a llai o galorïau - ac wrth gwrs mae'n gyfoethog mewn protein, sy'n helpu gyda'r adeiladu cyhyrau ar gyfer rhedeg.
Rydw i'n hoffi defnyddio platiau pren, ac roedd hwn anrheg o Nor'dzin ar Nadolig. Felly mae'n bleser ei ddefnyddio bob bore.

Almost every morning I have an egg for breakfast. I used to eat cereal - a lot of cereal - but since I've been losing weight I've found an egg more satisfying and fewer calories - and of course it's rich in protein, which helps with building muscles for running.
I like to use wooden plates, and this was a Christmas gift from Nor'dzin. So it's a pleasure to use it every morning.
