Aethon ni i'r pentref am frecwast a tipyn bach o siopa.  Rydyn ni'n hoffi'r ffordd maen nhw'n defnyddio hen baentiadau i addurno waliau'r caffi. Mae'n rhoi ail fywyd iddyn nhw lle maen nhw'n gallu cael eu gwerthfawrogi.

Ar ôl brecwast aethon ni ein â jariau gwag i 'Iechyd Da' (y siop ecogyfeillgar).  Maen nhw'n annog pobol i wastraffu llai o ddeunydd pacio ac yn ail-ddefnyddio poteli a jariau. Mae'r perchennog yn gyfeillgar, mae'r siop yn wastad bywiog ac yn aml rydych chi'n clywed sgyrsiau yng Nghymraeg yn ogystal â Saesneg. Mae'n bendant yn ased i'r pentref.

We went to the village for breakfast and a bit of shopping. We like the way they use old paintings to decorate the café walls. It gives them a second life where they can be valued.

After breakfast we took our empty jars to 'Iechyd Da' (the eco-friendly shop). They encourage people to waste less packaging and re-use bottles and jars. The owner is friendly, the shop is always lively and you often hear conversations in Welsh as well as English. It's definitely an asset to the village.
