The Eastbourne 5 are coming for dinner so this is a bit of an EB.

Menu as follows: fried pork chops in my appley sauce (just a pinch of cinnamon), colcannon and the combo of carrots, turnips and parsnips. Good comfort food. Then pineapple upside cake and vanilla ice cream.


The last few days have been a bit glum. But staying glum never achieves anything. Got to find the way through the jungle. But there is always a way somewhere.
