Today's the day .............................. to be beside the sea

What a wonderful day I've had.

The weather has been perfect for being out and about. It's been cold - but then it is December and the blue sky, sunshine and interesting clouds have made it easy to take lots of pictures.

We have explored several lovely little seaside places like Aberporth and New Quay - but the one that I liked best was Aberaeron with its brightly painted houses of many colours. We had a bowl of proper welsh cawl to warm us up at lunchtime.

And I've walked lots - and breathed in lots of good welsh sea air .......................
