Fun on the beach.

First of all many thanks for all the comments from last weekend all very much appreciated. It was a longer day than anticipated and the morning after I felt very rough. If it had just been down to the Malt and the beer I wouldn't have minded but I had picked up one of those nasty chest colds. Basically I have spent most of the week lying down somewhere in the house feeling very sorry for myself.
There appears to be a big hole in my life at the moment having put so much energy into finishing the hills off and it's a little difficult to get motivated. Today however I finally felt up to getting out to do something so nipped down to Lytham and caught this family enjoying the cool winter sunshine.
Off to the hills again tomorrow, maybe.
