Big Boy.

A late get up and a threat of poor weather this afternoon so we copped out and did the tourist thing.
Went down to Ribble Steam Railway to have a look around the workshops and have a cuppa.
It's not a massive place but they do get visiting engines on occasions and at the moment they have the Deltic one of the most powerful locomotives of the 60's. Although seeing one pulling a large train was always good to see, reliability was not there strong point and I can remember seeing one being pulled by a steam engine through Preston station as a kid.
