Hen Pheasants.

After the period of work getting the Lodge ready for the inspection a lazy day.  Well physically anyway.  The morning was catching up on emails and typing up minutes from the previous evening.

In the afternoon we popped up to the Eycott Hill Reserve looking for blips.  Considering the exposure it was relatively mild.  The problem was the day!  Murky dull and very poor light.  I wasn't happy with any of the shots I took.

Yesterday I mentioned the 10 hen pheasants pottering around the garden like domestic chickens.  First thing I always try to get some shots of something in case I see nothing better.  Today it was a couple of the "hens" wandering around.  So they will have to do.
