Started this morning with a bit of Parkrun tourism and ran the Stretford event in 23:06.

A very flat run but very busy and good to get a shout out from the run director.

Back to the hotel and met colleague P for breakfast at Chiquito before walking down to Old Trafford to meet clients at the Evolution Suite for some pre kick off hospitality.

Enjoyed a fab afternoon of food, drinks and banter watching Man U beat Brighton & Hove Albion 2-1.
