Another sunrise

Sorry another sunrise but the only ones I took today.
A very cold, icy start, Katherine picked me up and after picking up Anna we went to Strathpeffer to attend some Girl Guiding training. The difficult and emotional Safe Space training which includes Child protection etc so quite a difficult morning So was glad when it was over.
A tasty lunch was provide and I was hoping to get out into the fresh air to stretch my legs but did not get the opportunity to.
The afternoon was training on the New programme which we all have to change over to after the Summer. lots more recording to do. The interest badges are meant to be done at home with Unit Activities from a collection provided by Girl Guiding and then Skill builders chosen by the girls which are carried out during a meeting .This adds up to 70% of the year and the rest we can fill in with parties / promises / and other events.The girls can be working on different themes so with 6 themes and 32 girls across two units we’ll see how it goes.
We left Strathpeffer at 4.30 and it was dark by the time we got home with temperatures dropping rapidly.
Frustratingly it had been a lovely day with blue skies and calm water, hope it’s like that tomorrow !
