European Grey Squirrel

A cold and frosty morning, but the sun has been shining.
 
Once I had refilled all the bird feeders and topped up the water, I took today’s picture. The squirrel had immediately noticed that I had put some nuts in one of their boxes and was busy removing them and burying them in the garden. His feet are slightly blurred as they were digging in the ground.
 
A lazy Sunday although I should be working, but I have decided not too. I can catch up during the week when I am with Victoria although I am at Addenbrookes twice this week and once the following week.

Despite the sunshine the temperature at noon looks like being only two degrees Celsius.
