Easter Road
An elusive Cigs. I spotted it a while back; possibly November. I have no clue what I was doing on Easter Road after dark - perhaps my probation officer will know? Anyhoo - it's Cafe 275; so called - no not because it's at number 275 Easter Road, but because everything on the menu is priced at £2.75. So for a cuppa it's not a great deal, but for a full breakfast its a bargain. Until you add in the tea and then it's about right. I can see why this pricing strategy hasn't caught on elsewhere....
I was on my way home from visiting my bro at his new place on the High Street; he is kindly allowing me to dispose of the contents of his basement cupboard for him; how kind, I thought! Still, it oculd be worse, I haven't had to lifted a paintbrush in anger yet. Yet...
And rather than climb back up the High Street and down the Bridges I felt I'd take advantage of the sweep downhill to the Parliament and see if the momentum took me up over Abbeyhill (it did, mostly)
So slightly soggy though it was, I got this one done and off home to watch a dcumentary on 20th Century American Art (I suspect I may have seen it already; it's been that kindofa Monday)
