Beauty and the Beast

My mother loved Westminster Cathedral and I try not to miss any opportunity to step in and spend a few moments with the old people whenever I'm in Victoria.
My favourite place is the side chapel dedicated to St Andrew and the Scottish Saints - an exquisite celebration of the Arts and Crafts Movement, rich in design and detail - a place of elegance and contemplation.
Compare this rare beauty with the beast shown in my extra blip. I don't know what it is, I don't really care...it sits opposite the Cathedral looking smug and instagrammable, a product of economics and mindless, lifeless, angular repetition.
I love architecture but I'm begining to get nervous about it's future....
