Frozen in Thyme

Lovely bright and frosty morning to wake up to.
Had a tootle round the garden in my dressing gown and looked at the wonders of nature.
Lots of leaves, seed heads and branches all transformed by a sharp covering of ice crystals - beautiful.
But l have to admit that even though l am a lover of all things rusty in the garden it might be time to get some new labels for my herb bed :-)

Took my sciatica pills last night as all my back and neck problems are related, can’t expect to get to my age without a bit of wear and tear.
More mill of the run pain killers today and managed to do a gym session then an aerobics and toning class, only used very light weights though.
