Remains of the snow

A very cold morning but no snow has fallen since the flurry yesterday afternoon.

The water hose for the chicken field was frozen, although the water in their troughs wasn't, and I had to carry a watering can from the house to put fresh water ln the chickens bowls.

My blip is the view from our boundary fence across the neighbour's field towards the line of trees that separate the properties. I took the picture as it might be the only snowy one this year.
