The new sleeping place

Juliette changes her sleeping spot every few weeks. As soon as something new or different appears in the house, she claims it as her bed. This generally lasts a couple of weeks before she moves on to somewhere new.

The throw was on our sofa until last week when I removed it for washing. Once dry I placed it on a side table and Juliette immediately decided that it was hers.

Now the sofa has no throw and last night smudge came in from the garden and threw herself on the cushions with wet muddy feet. Now we have a cream sofa with an interesting pattern.

It snowed again today but did not settle, and now the temperature is rising. Hopefully the water hose for the birds will have defrosted by tomorrow.
