There was snow

Only a little, and it didn't settle, so no evidence of it remained when I went out at lunchtime.
Some gulls were standing sulkily at the water's edge, but as I took my camera out, a bird of another species flew past peeping and the gulls all took off.
So here are some rusting hulks.
