Dear O'H dear and Lovely Tea Jenny,

There were a few people working from home today and by mid-afternoon, I had only had 2 conversations all day: one about the weather and one about a work related matter. I was so bored that I almost considered replying to (another) ransom email demanding $6000 in bit coin in order to delete the video they have of me watching porn. I could have explained that I work in IT so that’s pretty much what everyone does at lunchtime! I would also have asked the sender to have a word with our support team. Our webcams haven’t worked since we merged and it would be really useful to know how they got them up and running. I should also probably pass on my thanks for the advice about protecting my passwords in future.

I went round to The Explorer’s tonight and we got a holiday booked. We are off to Tenerife. It’s great going somewhere warm so we can complain about the heat!
