SPECIAL DAY......

... in more than just being our Australia Day Celebrations....

... since we moved here to our new home now about 30 months back the bird bath out back has been filled, and I had still to catch any bird enjoying the "pleasure"!

Even with the really hot summer so far had not spotted a bird there.

Well today was the day, so a real Aussie day celebration.

Heard the blackbirds out early so checked to see what was up.... spotted it having a tub hidden by the fast growing Blueberry ash tree in extra.

It then jumped up onto the fence for another shake off and time to fly the Aussie flags for a celebration.....

Of course another 41 degC as well, so we started a 1000 piece jigsaw, have not done one for a long time so see how we go!
