Goin' North

The boys took off toward the North this morning to hunt birds. After BJ's successful deer hunt, Colby was very anxious to spend some time - just the boys - in the woods, doing what they both love.

They were cute this morning, packing snacks and lunch, both in camo with hunter orange. The plan was to hunt around Bingham, and depending on Colby 's interest - maybe heading further, toward Jackman.

I guess they were doing well - they were gone all day! Both boys came home with stories to share, memories made and the love of hunting confirmed. BJ took Colby on the logging roads surrounding Dimmick and Little Dimmick lakes and ate a picnic lunch at Bald Mountain Pond.
