First light

Typical, after yesterdays (fairly) nice weather I set off for the top this morning in drizzle and blank sky. It didn't improve as I got out of the car and wondered off on our walk (Jinx and I). A small slicer of golden light appeared on the far horizon but as quick as it appear it began to disappear as a misty rain started to come down and I manages just a couple of shots, hand held, with the 150mm lens.

The rest of my shots were pretty poor and have been sent to the recycle bin. But all in all, its great to be back here, we walked for an hour but never saw another soul. I wonder why?
