The Storm

Our sunrise game reserve drive at Nambiti Hills (South Africa) was very uneventful but the sunset one proved a lot more eventful; we saw the old (52 years old) Bull Elephant on it's own with the rest of the herd being in the forestry in hiding where they haven't been seen for a while. The extra photo was taken of it in monochrome.

In search of the lions again, we ended up quite a drive from our lodge and the forty five minute drive back in the dark saw lightning flashes every few seconds. Mrs BB was in a state!

After evening meal, I took the blip of the stars and lightning in the distance from just outside our room. No thunder so I presume an electrical storm.
