After our walk yesterday I was pretty exhausted so had a really early night.  It was great.  I had a good 6hr 59m sleep so just under the 7 hours I am targeting and it makes such a difference.
I was in our office near Bank for most of the day and then headed over to Paddington in the afternoon - rather than head back to Bank I just came home after what was a pleasant meeting.

Did a bit of work before having a lovely dinner cooked by Steve.

Grateful for:
- a good night's sleep
- getting back into the habit of reading a book
- practising the habit of not reading work emails until I am at my desk - proper shut down, and proper planning my day rather than reacting
- getting 12k steps
- sticking to the diet even though I am freaking starving right now! 

I'll have a quick healthy snack/ drink and head off for another early night.
