Hardwick Hall

The last day of our extended anniversary weekend away.

I started the day with a dawn run - 5km which involved a couple of laps around Colwick Lake (see extra). After breakfast and checking-out we met up briefly with Harriet on the university campus and then headed home, stopping off at Hardwick Hall near Chesterfield for a wander round the gardens and cafe.

It's been bitterly cold and trying to snow late afternoon. From the window at home we can see snow on the on the higher ground (above 300m)
