Frost on the bay

Main pic as title. Extra photo, passed this cold blackbird on dog walk. Bracing walk with Murray this morning. Tried to keep him off icy grass as much as possible but I think he'd had enough by the time we reached home.

I, on the other hand taking advantage of a beautiful day, wheeled bike to town. Kept moving and warm until return home. Sun by then was veiled by clouds and it was freaking cold! 

Extra blips: frozen water in the lock and the swans not venturing towards the ice.
