City parking

Busy week.  Trying to submit petition for a full council meeting but some council jiggery-pokery is attempting to take us down a different path.  Very helpful advice from local councillor of different complexion to ruling reds. Did interview for rolling TV yesterday, was on autopilot due to 2 night's broken sleep. 
Following petition submission local newspaper published article today, councillors claiming openness and transparency. Economic with the truth. And we didn't inform the paper so someone is leaking somewhere. Responded to newspaper with emailed letter and on Twitter.
Some strategic decisions to be made over weekend not to mention flyer delivery to keep residents informed where the council and planners have failed for third time. Openness and transparency push! Thank goodness for the team really stepping up, pooling ideas, effort.
It was lovely to have an old friend visit for tea/coffee and cake this afternoon.
