Wabi-Sabi

The weather was kind enough for H and I to get up to Manchester today to visit the Creative Craft Show. We've had a lovely day, of course, stands full of crafty people showing off their wares. BexRaven, the queen of Rust, has the right idea and her book on Wabi-Sabi embraces the Japanese aesthetic on the acceptance of 'not always being perfect, or producing perfect things' appealed to me greatly! Other stands had LOTS of wool, materials, crochet, knitting, card making, workshops and much more and I saw these two calm and beautiful assistance dogs too.

We had a good journey home with the M6 behaving beautifully.
