Sunshine, snow flurries and coffee with Lizzie (new neighbours moved down here from Yorkshire just before Christmas) and whom I haven't seen for a few weeks so it was good to catch up and to know that she and husband J have settled well in the area and love their new house. L loves a good natter about all things crafty so was pleased to hear all about yesterday's craft show.

My laptop's in hospital undergoing an operation, not on internal problems but on the outer casing as one of the hinges has broken and it won't open or shut properly. Can't afford a new one at the moment so it remains in hospital for a senior specialist to investigate further.

We're out this evening to our local theatre to hear the Band of the Royal Corps of Signals - we've got front row seats - should be a rousing evening and I shouldn't think Mr T'll need his hearing aids?!!
