Friday Night Dinner

I could easily have gone with Caley, Bob and Archie at Achaderry.

Mrs SJR and her friend J were out for a bar meal tonight and I did this Friday night dinner for S and myself. I have tried this recipe a couple of times now and it turns out very tasty. The asparagus (to go with it) we bought earlier today has mysteriously disappeared somewhere between shop and home. It has perhaps been dropped at the back of the car and remains buried in the snow. I just did extra carrots instead.
