Bit of a late start due to work phone call and trying to read Milkman for book group. Walked around15000 steps - shopping , museum for Scottish samplers, brunch. Then a bit more milkmanbefore walking over to bruntsfield and then down to kings theatre to meet D and go to opera. Selection of arias, duets etc from various operas sang by young singers. Beautiful voices. Then to Chinese dumpling for dumplings (ofcourse) it had started to snow so got a taxi home .
