Mince Pies

I've had a very relaxing Sunday starting with a bit of a lie in. I then went and bought some winter Pansies which i have planted up and will blip when the flowers develop a bit more. This afternoon i finally got round to making some homemade mince pies and put my moulds and icing pens to good use. They were a bit more fiddly than it looked when the woman demonstrated them at the Good Food show but i kind of got there in the end! I'm about to sample one now with a cuppa and i'll take some in to work tomorrow for the girls..including you koko!!
Hopefully tomorrow i'll get to find out a decision on my house offer, i'm on tenterhooks!!
