Beautiful Christmas Tree

Today I went to church. Then this afternoon we had choir practice for the Carol Service. If Anna, Sarah and Grace hadn't been there it would have been really boring because we weren't actually singing very much at all! As we're sopranos we just sing the tune and everyone else spent most of the time learning their parts and we all sat talking (too loudly) and laughing (too loudly) and probably annoying everyone else! But, we had fun!! Then a lot of the choir people (including us) went to Robin and Lesley's house for, well I suppose you'd call it afternoon tea - although it was more evening by then! Anyway, this evening we had a youth meeting. A man called Jeff Andrews came and spoke, he used to come to our church a long time ago and now he is a missionary in different parts of Africa. He spoke to us about his time in Congo. It was really interesting and made me realize how much I take for granted all the facilities we have in this country, like clean, running water and tarmacked roads and medicines and all that kind of stuff!
This is the Christmas tree in 153 lounge. It is HUGE and really very beautiful. :)
