Gone Swimming

Guess who fell head first into the pond!!!

Each time I take Bella in the garden for piddles, I do a little bit of tidying up. The pond plant needed cutting back so I lifted the netting and started snipping.

Before I knew it, the little madam walked straight over the edge and head first into the water!! Luckily I was able to grab her immediately and take her indoors to dry her off and wrap her in a warm jumper. She shook for a while and looked like a little drowned rat before falling asleep!!!

I then left her with Daughter Number 1 while I popped to the pet shop for some food, a few new toys and a brush!

She is now fast asleep with her head inside my slipper. As if smelling like a pond wasn't enough!!
