Mr W left early for a Police Squash Tournament. I normally got with him, but after a stressful week at work and having to work tomorrow on my day off, I chose to stay at home today, slob in my PJ's, catch up on reports, have a nice long hot bath and do very little else. It was lovely.

I am also suffering from a shoulder injury thats getting me down a bit as its just so painful but I have a Doctors appointment in the morning so hopefully thats the start to the end!
