Not Broken

So, a busy day at work, so surprises there.

And good news is that Adams wrist isn't broken. I've temporarily lost the camera with the last few days photos on it, but in the bike park yesterday did a full "superman" over the handlebars, landed back on the track, and then the bike rather ungraciously then landed on top of him.

To his credit he toughed it out, must have been pretty painful, given I have done this very manoeuvre on many occasions now.

2 hours late the X-ray said all was OK. Whew, no cast for Christmas!
