Temperatures soared....

to 3 this afternoon and my road turned black! It doesn't get ploughed so we drive on packed snow which is usually fine.
Hills, loch and moorland are all white and there were still people skiing down this road.
This poor Heron is probably starving, as in this weather their food is under snow and ice.
