I took this amazing sky about 10 minutes ago from the back bedroom window.

I hadn't taken today's blip as we have a carol service rehearsal tonight in church and thought I might take something there. I stopped knitting as it was getting too dark and got up to go to the loo and spotted this at the back of the house. My camera was upstairs as I had tried to capture a Sparrow Hawk in the tree in the front garden this morning - without success - so had left the camera up there. It turned out the best view was across the back garden and in less than 10 minutes it was all over.

For omce I was in the right place at the right time!
