Dinner....!

Baked Trout...with Bretagne sauce..and Boulangiere of Potato and Celeriac...it was all very nice!
The sauce (similar to Hollandaise) was from the cookbook in the background...(another Christmas present)...two young guys who won the cook book section of our annual book awards last year with this book...!
A book full of gorgeous recipes...I thought this sauce was a wee bit sharp but like they said it went beautifully with the oily fish..!
I’m still not a hundred percent but hopefully I’ll get there!
